1. Return and Exchange Policy

  • Returns: Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. Original tags must be attached, and the item must be unused and in original condition. No returns on sale or clearance items.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges can be made within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in the original condition. There should be no signs of wear on any given item.
  • Final Sale Items: All sale, clearance, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. This will ensure proper process to get problem resolved.

2. Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Online orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Please allow additional time during busy seasons or holidays.
  • Processing Times for online shopping with in-store pick up: While we process online orders quickly, once ready for pick up, you will receive a confirmation email!

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery method and location.

  • Our boutique will be opening soon, store hours to be announced. We are also available online for shopping convenience anytime.
  • In Store shopping will be available at 106 N. Main Street, Highlands, TX 77562. Hours to be announced after grand opening.
