We're so grateful you're here and supporting our small business! Please review our policies below placing your order so everything runs smooth as butter.
- All orders are processed within 2-5 business days unless otherwise stated (this includese custom and made-to-order items).
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Shipping times typically range from 2-7 business days depending on the carrier.
- Please note: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS/UPS or incorrect addressed entered at checkout.
- Main Street Mercantile is not responsible for damages that occur during transit.
- Double-check your address before placing your order - we print exactly what you enter!
Local pickup is avaialble at checkout for Highlands, TX.
If an order is received for pickup but shows a out-of-town address, a invoice for shipping charges will be sent to the email used at checkout. This order will not ship from our facility until charges are paid.
- You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for that notification before coming - we want your order perfect and ready!
- Pick up location: 118 Denny St. Highlands, TX 77562
- Pick up hours: Tuesday to Friday 11am to 6pm and Saturdays 11am to 4pm
If an order for pick up is placed but left at our facility for 30 days - we will send a shipping charge invoice. We would love to hold on to your goodies for as long as we can, but sometimes we run out of room.
Due to the nature of our products (custom + boutique items), we have the following policy:
- All sales are final on custom, personalized and sale items.
- Non-custom items may be exchanged for store credit within 7 days of purchasing.
- Items must be: Unworn, Unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. No exceptions!
- We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.
- There are no returns on items such as candles, room sprays, laundry detergent and soaps or like items.
If there is an issue with your order (damage, defect or incorrect item), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can make it right!

custom orders
Please double-check all spelling, sizes and design selections before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer. Custom items cannot be canceled, refunded or exchanged once production has started.

By purchasing from Main Street Mercantile, you agree that we may use photos of products, including custom items, for marketing and promotional purposes (social media, website, ads). We will never share your personal information. If you prefer your order not to be featured, please leave us a note at checkout or message us - we totally respect that!

turnaround time notice
While we strive to get your goodies in your hands as quickly as possible - during high-volume events (holidays, sales, sports seasons), turnaround times may be slightly extended. We will always communicate updates if delays occur.
